Our Campeiro Bulldogs comes directly from Brazil, because this breed is not yet known in France, they comes from one of the best breeding of Brazilian Campeiro which produce a lot of champions every year. We have planned this year to spend 15 days in Brazil in the breeding where comes our Brazilian Bulldog on invitation of the stockbreeder to learn more about this beautiful breed.

GENERAL APPEARANCE: Dog with a powerful and massive physique, giving it strength and agility.
USE: They were used to capture and frame the wild cattle on long journeys, they were also used to monitor and guide the cattle in slaughterhouses. These are very versatile dog doing guard dogs offices and dogfight can faires forehead wild cattle in the great plains of Brazil. These are dogs selected in the area of control of cattle and the protection of farmer's property, against any intrusions. They can as well as food in packs alone in a house.
TEMPERAMENT: This dog is very brave and loyal to his master and docile with the ret of the family. It is very versatile is quiet (do not bark a lot), reserved with strangers and jealous with the master. This is vigilant and confident companion with a highly developed fighting spirit. He loves children and accepts orders, it is suject and loyal ti his master.
HEAD: Large and wide with a strong jaw "undershot", the skull is broad and high, the muzzle is broad and short with about 1/3 of the length of the skull, and the ears are small to medium set high and wide.
EYES: to round up as darker as possible almond shaped.
LIPS: The lips should be semi-pendulous with well-rounded cheeks.
JAW: The Bulldog Campeiro is undershot, which gives it great power in the jaw. Very strong bite.
NECK: Strong, muscles and moderate size.
FOREQUARTERS: Shoulders very broad, muscular and slightly sloping. The forelegs are strong with good bone. The feet may be straight or slightly outward.
HINDQUARTERS: Broad and muscular with well-developed thighs denoting strength and power. Hocks should be slightly bent.
BODY: Moderately short with a slight shrugs. Wide and deep chest with wellrounded tears.
TAIL: The Bulldog Campeiro may have a short or medium long tail and twisted but it should never reach the hocks.
COAT: Hair smooth and short, all colors are allowed. Feral Dominance (all variants) and brindle (red, gray or black) and white.
