The Campeiro Bulldog also know as "Buldogue Campeiro" in Brazil or "Bouledogue Brésilien" in France is a dog combines strength, endurance and agility. Used in animal capture work and custody, he's the worthy descendant of an exceptional dog: the Bulldog of the 18th Century.

 

 

 

 

Large, muscular and strong, the Campeiro Bulldog is tonic and powerful, it impresses with is build.

The Campeiro Bulldog is close of his owner and is faithful to the highest point. It's a versatile dog with excellent skills in custody. Like all Bulldogs, he doesn't bark much and acts only when necessary.

Nice with children, it's is a brave dog that knows how to be protective if it's neede.

 

 

 

 

Dog's head is flat and wide, the muzzle is short and broad.Their lips hand and they have a powerful jaw with and accuented undershot.

Their neck is short and wide.

Their members developed and very muscular.

They can have any color with predominance for fawn and brindle or united with withe.

 

 

 

 

 

During their arrival, the europeans have brought and exceptional dog, the Bulldog (from the 18th century) to capture the wild cattle.

this Bulldog wasn't properly a breed, it rather was a type of dog that ad the power and the morphology to practice bull batting, fight against blull.

This powerful dog, robust but also agile and determined as evolved on Brazilian land and is today know as Campeiro Bulldog.

He stayed in Brazil a watchdog which allowed him to keep his qualities unlike its English cousin.
